The Heart Chakra is all about dropping judgement and embracing the beauty that is your innate spiritual perfection,  Tap into the deep well of compassion, grace and acceptance for all that is.  The heart chakra is called Anahata and it translates to unstruck, unhurt, and unbeaten. The heart chakra is a beautiful emerald green with the frequency of harmony, renewal and growth.  When under-active the heart chakra can present as closed off and emotionally unavailable.  If the flow of energy from the upper chakras to the lower chakras is interrupted, it can cause isolation and depression.  If the heart chakra is overactive, it can lead to dysregulation of the ego. It can manifest as stubbornness, obsession, and narcissism.  The heart chakra is generally seen as a point of integration.  When balanced, the heart chakra look like using good judgement, empathy, compassion and acceptance.
